Drue Johnson is a senior at the University of Washington working on finishing his degree in Communications. He has an emphasis in Political Communications, and is currently working on another in Social & Cultural Communications. In his spare time he enjoys tending to his apartment garden, cooking, and writing.

Studio F | David Snavely

David Snavely is an organizational culture specialist and writer based in Seattle with his husband of 18 years. He can frequently be found reading through a diverse, ever-growing backlog of books, articles and journals. He travels when he can. And he suspects the future will never be as dark as present conditions imply.

Studio F | Alyssa Ballinger Johnson

Alyssa is excited to be providing content for Future-ish. She currently works for an environmental consulting company, where she is involved in a committee dedicated to improving the company's environmental sustainability. As a firm believer in keeping one's life balanced, Alyssa chose to shorten her work week to 32 hours, creating space to volunteer for programs such as Future-ish. Alyssa has a strong academic background in science, with bachelor's degrees in Earth and Space Sciences, Physics, and Astronomy from the University of Washington. She is dedicated to the cause of popularizing science and sustainable everything.
